Gre za razmeroma drag in zapleten postopek, ki pa ga s hitrim razvojem ra\u010dunalni\u0161ke znanosti dopolnjujejo in nadome\u0161\u010dajo ra\u010dunalni\u0161ka orodja za molekulsko modeliranje.
