On February 11 and 12, 2026, a one-and-a-half-day workshop on the use of BioExcel Software tools within the Adriatic Edition BioExcel will be held at the Chemical Institute in Ljubljana. <\/p>\n\n
The workshop offers a practical introduction to modern computing tools and workflows in biomolecular simulations. Participants will learn about key software frameworks, such as BioExcel Building Blocks (BioBB), for establishing reproducible molecular dynamics workflows, and gain practical experience with MD protein setup and automatic ligand parameterization. The next two topics of the workshop cover integrative modeling with HADDOCK, followed by a practical session based on PMX on ligand modifications. <\/p>\n\n
The workshop offers both theoretical background and practical skills that are most suitable for doctoral students and young researchers in the field of computational biology and molecular modeling.<\/p>\n\n
The registration deadline is November 30<\/strong>. The number of places is limited to 40 participants, and only individuals from institutions that are members of the EuroHPC Joint Undertaking are eligible to apply. <\/p>\n\n
