It is being organized by CECAM (Centre Europ\u00e9en de Calcul Atomique et Mol\u00e9culaire). The workshop will take place in Ljubljana, at the National Chemisty Institute, from the 8th to the 11th of April. While applications for in-person attendance are closed,     <strong>it is still possible to apply for online attendance.
