Computing resources will be allocated in accordance with the SLING Task Allocation Standards; a specific set of resource usage rules may apply to certain systems.<\/p><p><strong>Deadlines for applications<\/strong>: visit<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sling.si\/en\/calls-for-open-access-and-use-of-resources\/#RRP-call\"> page<\/a>.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"ea-card sp-ea-single\"><h3 class=\"ea-header\"><a class=\"collapsed\" id=\"ea-header-161102\" role=\"button\" data-sptoggle=\"spcollapse\" data-sptarget=\"#collapse161102\" aria-controls=\"collapse161102\" href=\"#\" aria-expanded=\"false\" tabindex=\"0\"><i aria-hidden=\"true\" role=\"presentation\" class=\"ea-expand-icon eap-icon-ea-expand-plus\"><\/i> Beneficiaries, review procedure and allocation<\/a><\/h3><div class=\"sp-collapse spcollapse \" id=\"collapse161102\" data-parent=\"#sp-ea-16110\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"ea-header-161102\"> <div class=\"ea-body\"><p>RRA applications can be submitted at any time to a permanently open call, and applications are not subject to scientific peer review, but are evaluated by the members of the expert group on technical level and relevance. Once approved by the expert group, the administrators can grant access. The results will be announced within 1 month after each submission deadline.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"ea-card sp-ea-single\"><h3 class=\"ea-header\"><a class=\"collapsed\" id=\"ea-header-161103\" role=\"button\" data-sptoggle=\"spcollapse\" data-sptarget=\"#collapse161103\" aria-controls=\"collapse161103\" href=\"#\" aria-expanded=\"false\" tabindex=\"0\"><i aria-hidden=\"true\" role=\"presentation\" class=\"ea-expand-icon eap-icon-ea-expand-plus\"><\/i> Support<\/a><\/h3><div class=\"sp-collapse spcollapse \" id=\"collapse161103\" data-parent=\"#sp-ea-16110\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"ea-header-161103\"> <div class=\"ea-body\"><p>SLING provides high-level technical support to each RRA, organised by the Support Team. In special cases, the applicant may request expert support at the time of application to solve specific problems or to ensure the optimisation required. Such support must be requested and justified by the applicant in the access application.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"ea-card sp-ea-single\"><h3 class=\"ea-header\"><a class=\"collapsed\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Extending and\/or increasing resources<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>When renewing access or requesting an extension, the applicant may request a <strong>maximum of 50% more resources<\/strong> than were granted in the original allocation of resources. Time extensions are also possible for a <strong>maximum of 6 months<\/strong>. Extensions can be requested after the report has been submitted. <strong>Extension of access may be requested after submission of a report at least one month before the expiry of access.<\/strong> Multi-annual project leaders must submit a request for an extension after one year <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sling.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Projektno_porocilo_vmesno.docx\" title=\"\">an interim report<\/a><\/strong>on the basis of which an extension of access may be granted.
